Van Henderson - Lead & Background Singer, Keyboard

 

Van was born in Suffolk, Virginia.  He currently resides in Leesburg, Virginia.  Van is one of the founders of The Spiritual Harmonizers and has over 13 years of organized gospel music experience.  His hobbies are fishing and music composition.    Van unwinds by relaxing at his childhood home in Smithfield.  In the summertime, Van’s bi-annual “River Bash” in Smithfield is a big hit to family and friends who all converge for the biggest Fish Fry and Crab Feast you can imagine.  Van is a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Aldie, Virginia.

Roger Berryman - Lead & Background Singer, Bass Guitar

 

Roger was born August 29, 1960 in Loudoun County, Virginia.   He has been playing guitar since the age of 20, and has been singing in various gospel groups for about 30 years.  Roger is a Deacon at Swift Ford Baptist Church in Madison, Virginia, where Rev. Arthur Lee Greene, Sr. is pastor.  Roger’s hobbies are bowling and playing horseshoes.  He has had some life-threatening experiences but has grown even closer and very dedicated in serving God.  Roger’s main reason for singing gospel music is for God to be glorified.  He has been a member of  The Spiritual Harmonizers since they first began.

Greg Griffin - Lead & Background Singer

Greg is originally from Bristow, Virginia. Greg sings first tenor and believes in putting his all in every song he sings. Greg  is quickly becoming a versatile musician in every right.  He sang many years with church choirs however he has now made an easy transition to the traditional quartet style.  Greg's tenor  voice is crystal clear and makes the harmonic sound that resonates the unique style of The Spiritual Harmonizers.  He is a deacon at his home church, New Hope Baptist Church, in Bristow, Virginia.

Larry Jackson - Percussion, Drummer

 

Larry was born and raised in Lincolnia, Virginia. Ever since he was 14 years old, he has been playing the drums with several gospel groups. He is currently a member of Resurrection Baptist Church in Herndon, Virginia, and plays there every Sunday morning. His favorite songs is "Oh, Happy Day." He currently resides in Reston, Virginia, and is a loving father of three. Larry's beat is as solid as a rock and his soul is anchored in the Lord.

King D. Stewart - Rhythm Guitar


King is from Marshall Va. Retired Truck Driver. Was an Ordained Deacon for the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Rectortown, VA.  Now member of the Faith Christian Church in Warrenton Va. Pastor Decker Tapscott since 1997. Plays Bass Guitar for the Praise and Worship team..played guitar for lots of Gospel Groups in the Va. and Washington D.C. area. Loves riding Motorcycles. Now playing Rhythm Guitar for the Spiritual Harmonizers of Northern Virginia.
We are dedicated to our Savior and we minister through our music.

Tommy Crewe - Lead and Background Singer

Tommy is originally from Alexandria, Virginia. He currently lives in Manassas, Virginia. Tommy sings baritone and bass and has been singing for over 60 years in various groups, using many styles such as acapella quartet, choral and experimental, and ad hoc groups. Tommy is a member of First Baptist Church of Manassas, Virginia, where he has been attending since 1977. Ministering through song is his way of enhancing the worship experience due the Creator.


Hank Holland - Lead and Background Singer

Hank is originally from Manassas, Virginia where he currently lives. Hank sings tenor and falsetto, which brings a unique enhancement to the group. He was once with The Jubilee Travelers and other groups in the area. Hank is a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Gainesville, Virginia, where he also serves as a Deacon of the Church.
